Alejandro Parada was a veterinary student at “Universidad de Chile” and a member of the Normative Council of the same university. As he was part of the “Socialist Youth”, he was persecuted by the DINA and got arrested in his own home at 3:00 in the morning, in the commune of Cerrillos. He was taken away from his wife, who was 6 months pregnant.
