Rosa lived in an apartment with Sara Donoso Palacios, both were former nursing students and militated in the Socialist Party under the leadership of Modesta Carolina Wiff Sepúlveda. They worked linking people in the Central Directive, and linking the Directive with other political parties. All of them disappeared after being stopped by DINA agents, sometime near July 7th, 1975.
